Pre-workout


N'Sane

N'Sane; the name really does speak for itself.
As a sucker for high-energy pre-workouts, this is ideal for anyone like me.
I also work all day, so I'm typically pretty tired when it comes to making my way to the gym in the evening after work. I sip on this about 30 minutes before my workout and by the time I hit the gym I am READY TO ROCK IT! 

If you are a beginner and have not experimented with pre-workout drinks before 
I would suggest maybe only using 1/4 scoop of the N'Sane. 
Intermediate: 1/2 scoop. 
Advanced: 1 scoop.

Banana Muffins!


What you're going to need:
1/2 Cup Old Fashioned Oats
1/2 scoop Pro 5 Protein powder (Available at Nutrishop)
Non-stick Cooking Spray (preferably PAM)
4 egg whites (you may also use the substitutes that come in the carton!)
Cinnamon 
Cupcake pan

Mix together all ingredients, until it's at a nice consistency to pour out of the bowl. Fill each cupcake section halfway; so it doesn't rise too much over the top.  

Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes
Will make 3-4 little muffins 

....and Voilà!

(and you won't get an actual muffin top with these babies!! hehe)
